Job description
Creekwood Nursing & Rehabilitation in Russellville, KY is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This RN-led role oversees nursing services and ensures high-quality resident care across shifts.
You will coordinate infection control, educate staff, manage staffing, and maintain medical records, with on-call duties and focus on compliance and communication within the nursing team. A valid RN license and LTC experience are required.
