Job description
Brandenburg Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team at Brandenburg, Kentucky. This 57-bed skilled nursing facility is dedicated to resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement.
The ADON will work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee nursing operations, mentor staff, and support a deficiency-free, CMS-rated environment focused on teamwork and resident satisfaction.
