Job description
Holmes-Lake-Rehabilitation- in Lincoln, NE seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help oversee nursing services and ensure high-quality resident care. The ADON collaborates with the DON to maintain regulatory compliance, staff performance, and efficient care delivery in a day-shift, 8am–4pm setting.
The role requires an active RN license in Nebraska with a BSN preferred and at least 3 years of nursing experience in long-term care.
