Job description
Tri-S Recruiters seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a long-term care facility in the Penn Yan, NY area. The ADON will oversee nursing operations, promote high-quality resident care, and collaborate with the DON and leadership team.
Required: NY RN license and BSN; four years of managerial and two years of LTC nursing experience. Preferred: MSN and PRI/MDS knowledge. This role commands 24-hour accountability and staff development initiatives.
