Job description
Miller's Health Systems in Indiana is seeking a Director of Inservice Education/ADON to lead our nursing education programs and ensure high-quality resident care.
You will organize ongoing staff training, maintain records, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while supporting resident care excellence. You will oversee renewal of RN, QMA and CNA licenses, coordinate classes, and serve as Infection Preventionist.
