Job description
The Willows at Ramapo Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Suffern, NY seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. The ADON assists the Director of Nursing with planning, organizing, and directing nursing operations to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have an active New York RN license, prior nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting, and strong knowledge of NY DOH
