Job description
Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team in New York. The role partners with the DON to oversee nursing staff and maintain high standards of resident care at our facility.
The ADON will lead care planning, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and manage documentation while supporting a collaborative leadership approach with the DON. Competitive weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.
