Job description
CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in the Town of Hempstead, NY area. In this role, you will partner with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to lead daily nursing operations, ensure quality of care, and maintain regulatory compliance within our Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
The ADON will provide leadership across shifts, evaluate nursing services, oversee programs, and participate in weekend supervision.
