Job description
Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, Virginia, is seeking an accomplished ADON to lead clinical services across Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-term Care and Rehab neighborhoods. You will mentor staff, ensure staffing aligned with resident needs, and uphold Erickson’s Person-Centered Care standards.
The role requires an RN license, 3+ years in leadership, EMR experience, and a focus on infection control and quality improvement.
