Job description
Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center, part of Campbell County Health, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the LTC Director of Nursing in planning, directing and leading the nursing department in a long-term care setting in Gillette, Wyoming.
The ADON will collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure high-quality resident care, compliance with CMS guidelines, and ongoing QA/QI initiatives, while mentoring staff and fostering a professional practice
