Job description
AVIR Health Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing with clinical management and team leadership in a Texas facility.
The ADON will be resident and family focused, building a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with federal and state long-term care standards. Walk-ins are welcome daily as part of a welcoming, patient-centered environment.
