Job description
AVIR Health Group seeks a qualified Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in the clinical management of the facility. The ADON will lead a high-performing team and help build a culture focused on patient care and safety.
The candidate must hold a valid Texas Nursing License with CPR certification and have supervisory experience in healthcare settings. Infection control knowledge and familiarity with long-term care standards are required.
