Glens Falls Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Glens Falls, NY is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the DNS and oversee nursing services. This role requires strong leadership, clinical excellence, and a commitment to high-quality resident care.
The ADON will supervise staff, conduct wound rounds, ensure accurate medical records, coordinate staffing, and remain on-call as needed to maintain smooth operations at our 120-bed facility connected to Centers Health Care.
