Job description
The Waters is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, directing, and evaluating nursing services. This role emphasizes teamwork, ensuring appropriate staffing, and maintaining a rehabilitative approach to resident care.
The ADON will supervise in the absence of the Director, implement standards, and work across departments to meet facility goals while ensuring high-quality care for Residents and families.
