Job description
Belhaven Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a 221-bed skilled and intermediate care facility in Chicago's Beverly neighborhood, seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). The ADON will support the Director of Nursing, coordinate care with other departments, and help drive quality and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, developing policies, and analyzing performance indicators to improve resident outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
