Job description
Avante at Ormond Beach is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department. The ADON will also direct in-service educational programs to ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards, maintaining high quality care.
