Job description
NaphCare, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in Yuma, AZ, to oversee nursing staff and ensure quality care for incarcerated individuals.
The role works with the DON, correctional staff, and medical professionals to maintain compliance with ACA and NCCHC standards. The position requires an AZ RN license and active BLS CPR certification, with at least two years of clinical and progressive management experience in correctional or acute care settings.
