Skilled Nursing of Minoa in Minoa, NY is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality resident care.
The role includes leading the nursing team, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ADON will participate in weekly wound/skin rounds and maintain accurate medical records, while being on-call as required.
