H. T. PROF Group in Penn Yan, NY is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a long-term care facility.
You will oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, drive quality improvement, and mentor nursing staff to deliver resident-centered care. Under the LTC Director of Nursing, you will manage budgets, participate in committees, supervise staff daily, and coordinate PRI/MDS processes.
