Job description
Granville Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, part of Centers Health Care, is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in Granville, NY. The role supports the DNS with management responsibilities and ensures high-quality resident care.
The ADON will assist the DNS, oversee wound rounds, coordinate nursing services, and ensure accurate medical records, staffing, infection control, and staff development in a 120-bed facility.
