Laurels of Sandy Creek onsite in Wayland, MI, seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing and lead the Nursing department in delivering high-quality care. The ADON oversees staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and clinical outcomes to ensure resident and family satisfaction.
The role requires RN licensure, a BSN preferred, and progressive nursing leadership experience in long-term care.
