Carroll Park Healthcare in Baltimore, MD is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our nursing team and uphold the highest standards of resident care.
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the ADON will oversee clinical operations, manage staff, drive QAPI initiatives, infection control, and regulatory compliance, while focusing on quality outcomes and exceptional customer service.
