Job description
Oneida Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in Utica, NY to support the DNS and lead nursing operations in a 120-bed long-term care setting within the Centers Health Care family.
The ADON will oversee wound care rounds, staffing, infection control, staff education, and regulatory compliance, maintaining high-quality resident care while coordinating across shifts and departments, with on-call duties and flexible scheduling.
