Job description
Trinity Shores Port Lavaca in Port Lavaca, TX is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee nursing operations, ensure quality resident care, and support the Director of Nursing in a compassionate, compliant facility.
The ADON will lead policies, monitor KPIs, coordinate with staff, maintain the EMR system (YARDi), conduct assessments, and promote resident and family engagement with professionalism and care.
