Job description
Chisholm Trail Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead nursing operations, improve resident care, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires strong clinical judgment, dependable leadership, and the ability to collaborate with staff in a dynamic long-term care environment.
The ADON will support staffing, oversee MDS and care planning, manage nursing staff, and ensure accurate documentation.
