Job description
Waters of LaGrange is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in planning, directing, and evaluating Nursing Department services within a compassionate elder care facility.
You will help establish objectives, monitor resident care, and ensure appropriate staffing while maintaining strong communication with physicians, families, and care teams. This role requires hands-on leadership on the floor when needed and adherence to regulatory standards.
