Job description
New Paltz Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in New Paltz, NY to assist the DNS with maintaining the quality of care across the facility.
The ADON will supervise nursing operations, lead weekly wound/skin rounds, ensure compliance, manage staffing and medical records, support interviewing and onboarding, and remain flexible for unpredictable needs; requires NY RN license and LTC experience.
