Job description
Ciena Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Regency at Westland in Westland, MI. The ADON supports the DON in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department to deliver high-quality resident care.
This on-site, full-time role involves supervision, regulatory oversight, and improving clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction. Minimum RN license with CPR certification is required; BSN preferred. Equal opportunity employer.
