Job description
Rancho Rehab is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee the nursing department in a long-term care facility. The ADON will report to the Director of Nursing and supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff, ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
The role requires strong leadership, staffing, QA/PI involvement, and collaboration with the DON and administrator to improve outcomes and maintain OBRA guidelines.
