Job description
Glens Falls Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Glens Falls, NY is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing and lead the nursing team in delivering high-quality resident care.
The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on involvement with care planning, wound rounds, staff development, and compliance. The ADON will coordinate scheduling, oversee medical records, and remain on call to address urgent needs.
