Job description
Citadel Healthcare in Rockford, IL seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing RN to lead the nursing team, partner with the DON, and ensure high-quality resident care. The ADON supervises, analyzes, delegates, and evaluates nursing services to meet regulatory standards and guide medical staff and administrators.
Responsibilities include reviewing daily assignments, assisting with staff scheduling, budgeting, ensuring physician visits, and planning staff development.
