Job description
Margate Health & Rehabilitation in Jefferson, North Carolina, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). The applicant must hold a current, active RN license and have at least two years of supervisory experience in a nursing care facility.
The ADON helps organize and direct the Nursing Service Department, acts as a leader for staff, relieves the DON in their absence, assists with required board documentation, and participates in on-call rotation with other nurse managers.
