Middletown Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare in Middletown, NY is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead the Nursing Department in partnership with the Director of Nursing. The ADON will oversee Education, Infection Prevention, and Wound Management while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
The role requires strong leadership, clinical excellence, and the ability to coordinate staff, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
