Our 121 bed facility offers a wide range of health care services to meet the needs of our patients in a comfortable, home- like environment with friendly staff. We are also very excited to be one of the top leaders with the MOQI research project to improve quality of care and reduce avoidable hospitalizations in our facility.
In addition to providing excellent nursing care to our patients, the qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for this position should possess patient-focused skilled nursing experience in a leadership role, superior communication skills, dependability, flexibility and the ability to lead a successful team. The ideal candidate with have prior Long Term Care experience, prior management experience, and demonstrate longevity in work history. The Unit Manager will also serve in an infection control nurse capacity for the facility. If candidate is not a certified infection preventionist, NHC will help them achieve their certification!

Requirements
Must be an RN ( Registered Nurse)

The ideal candidate with have prior Long Term Care experience, prior management experience, and demonstrate longevity in work history.
May be required to fill shifts on floor, day and night shift, 8 or 12 hour shifts.
