Job description
Navigator Homes of Martha’s Vineyard is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing / Staff Development Coordinator (ADON/SDC) to join our nursing leadership team on Martha’s Vineyard, MA. This dual-role leads nursing services, staff education, and regulatory compliance, while serving as acting DON when needed.
The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader and educator who can develop and support nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care.
