Job description
D.A. Blodgett- St. John’s is seeking an Adoption Specialist to recruit families for children with special needs and to assess and support placements in the Grand Rapids area.
The role includes coordinating services, preparing families, and ensuring timely finalizations with adherence to agency standards. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, understanding of child development, knowledge of resources, and strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
