Job TitleStandard Job Description Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. This position is for second shift Monday-Thursday.Basic Qualifications:Experience in manufacturing or aircraft maintenance, modification, repair, and/or overhaul operations.Experience in leading a team to meet critical schedules and resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.Ability to obtain required Security Clearances for projects.Desired Skills:Follows and completes Leader Standard Work daily.Experience in Digital Environment (CATIA V5, 3Dex, Apriso).Lean Manufacturing knowledge and application experience.Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non-technical, and business staff at all levels.Demonstrated use of COA principles and tools.Experience with Determinant Assemblies (FSDA/MTDA) and/or First Article builds.Able and willing to work other than first shift.Pay Information:Full-Time Salary Range: $ - $ At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
