Rise Rec2Rec is seeking a high-performing Delivery and Client Management Recruitment Consultant to join its New York AdTech team. The role offers a competitive base salary of $65-100k, with a commission structure of up to 50%. You will deliver candidate shortlists, manage processes, and build relationships in a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recruitment experience and is driven by relationship-building and strong communication. AdTech experience is not essential, as training is provided.
