Job description
We are currently seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist who specializes in working with couples and adults to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, and someone who is dependable, highly independent, and confident in providing effective therapeutic treatment. Preference will be given to those with evening and/or weekend availability to meet current client demand.
Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Fully licensed in the state of Kentucky (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) strongly preferred; associate-level licenses (LPCA, MFT) will be considered.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
Specialized training or certifications are highly desired (EMDR, Gottman-Method, Emotion Focused Therapy, etc.)
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to ethical care.
Ability to manage a flexible, self-directed schedule.
Weekend and/or evening availability is strongly preferred to accommodate current client needs

Compensation $90-$130/Hour
