Respiratory Therapy Clinician – Elmhurst, NY
Location: Elmhurst, Mahopac Falls Position: Full-Time | Flexible Shifts Available

What You'll Do:
Provide High-Quality Respiratory Interventions: Administer oxygen therapy, nebulized medication, airway clearance therapies, and non-invasive ventilation in acute and sub-acute care settings.
Perform & Interpret Diagnostic Tests: Conduct pulmonary function tests (PFTs), ABGs, and other assessments to assist in developing care plans.
Collaborate Across Multidisciplinary Teams: Work side-by-side with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure safe, individualized patient care.
Educate and Empower Patients: Help patients and families understand equipment use, treatment plans, and lifestyle adjustments needed for long-term respiratory health.
Support Clinical Excellence: Maintain accurate records, monitor equipment performance, and uphold all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Licensed Respiratory Therapist in Mahopac Falls State
NBRC Certification (CRT or RRT) required
Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy; Bachelor's preferred
New graduates are welcome —training and mentorship available
Strong communication skills and clinical judgment
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural healthcare setting
