Job description
Healthier Mississippi People seeks a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in a clinical area. You will coordinate operations, patient scheduling, records, and admissions, while counseling patients and families on treatment and conditions.
You serve as a liaison among case managers, home health, utilization review, and related teams. You will also educate patients, ensure safety, maintain records, and participate in committees to improve patient care
