Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an LVN for adult home healthcare patients. In this role, you’ll provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, including assessments, wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease management. You’ll follow individualized care plans, document accurately, and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and families.
