Job description
Carle Health is seeking a Mental Health Associate for Adult Behavioral Health to support safe, patient-centered care on our inpatient unit. In this role, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor and document patient behavior, and support therapeutic groups under the direction of licensed clinicians. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians to maintain a trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented environment.
