Job description
Pinewood Springs in Columbia, TN seeks an Adult Mental Health Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adults facing psychiatric and addiction challenges. In our secure inpatient setting, you will complete mental health and risk assessments, administer medications, support detox and crisis stabilization, and maintain detailed clinical documentation.
