SALARY: 00,000 - 10,000 annual base salary plus call pay and leadership stipends
Requirements
Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
J-1 Waiver sponsorship available with pathway to permanent residency
Responsibilities
Join and lead interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality psychiatric care
Provide clinical leadership, teaching, and mentorship to care team members
Participate in teaching and lecturing within Adult Psychiatry Residency Program if desired
Oversee diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Ensure therapies align with treatment goals
Conduct initial evaluations, initiate treatment interventions, and provide ongoing care
Contribute to program development
