Overview
nCarle Health is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join our established practice at our Curtis location in Champaign, Illinois.
nOpportunity Details
nnn100% outpatient position using EMR with both in-person and virtual visit options
n
nnFull-time position in a certified Patient Centered Medical Home model
n
nnCall is phone only with assistance of Patient Advisory Nurse and spread among a physician group of >10
n
nnJoin a team of 6 physicians, 4 APPs and excellent support staff
n
nnTeam-based care model for patient care
n
nnIn addition to Adult Medicine, specialty services provided at our clinic include Dermatology, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Gynecology, Radiology, Pediatrics, Genetics, and Allergy
n
nnIn addition to the patient care areas, we have diagnostic services at the Curtis location: Lab, radiology, sonography
n
nnConvenient Care/Urgent Care department is open 365 days a year
n
nnOnsite Pharmacy is open from 8am-midnight 7 days a week
n
nnTeaching opportunities available through Carle Foundation Hospital's accredited Internal Medicine residency program and the Carle Illinois College of Medicine
n
nnOpportunity for additional hours in Convenient Care/Urgent Care is optional
n
nnOpportunity for research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine with support staff to help with research and publications if desired
n

nCompensation and Benefits
nThe compensation range for this position is $327,000 - $365,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
