Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Residency Program
Eligible for a Minnesota medical license
Compensation:
Initial 24-month salary guarantee range: $400,000 to $700,000, production model after guarantee window.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, CME reimbursement, paid time off, 401(k) profit sharing, malpractice liability insurance, and shareholder/partnership status. Benefits are prorated for part-time physicians.
