Job description
Adult Outpatient Psychiatrist Opening In The Southern NM Mountains
Beautiful location at the highest point in Southern New Mexico for the outdoor enthusiast in the Sierra Blanca Mountain Range. A large organization with a strong presence in New Mexico has an Outpatient Adult Psychiatrist role available.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist
Adult Outpatient only
Mon-Fri 8a-5p is ideal however the requirement is 36 hours of direct patient care and 4 hours of admin time
Practice call is low volume/burden. No inpatient call
Telepsych is available as a follow up option for patients only - you could have up to 1 day of telepsych patients per week
This is a vital service line in an established and growing fully integrated non-profit community healthcare system
Will see ages 18+ but could accommodate candidates who have an interest in 13+
No oversight of APP's
