The Reach Center is a small, specialized practice focused on physical medicine and rehabilitation, founded by Dr. Kelly Pham, a double-board-certified physician. The practice serves individuals and families across the Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland region and emphasizes a collaborative, patient-centered approach, providing comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services tailored to each patient's needs.
Role Description
The Adult Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician will provide comprehensive on-site outpatient clinical care to adult patients with a wide range of functional and rehabilitative needs at our Vienna, VA location. This full‑time role includes conducting detailed patient evaluations, developing individualized rehabilitation treatment plans, and coordinating care with patients and other healthcare professionals. Daily responsibilities involve managing general adult outpatient rehabilitation cases, monitoring progress, adjusting treatment plans, and documenting care in accordance with regulatory and practice standards. There is no inpatient consult coverage; call is very light, practice‑only, and split approximately 50/50 with Dr. Pham. The physician will participate in multidisciplinary discussions and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered practice culture.
Qualifications
Clinical expertise in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with a focus on adult care.
Strong foundation in Medicine with experience managing complex rehabilitation needs.
Demonstrated skills in general adult outpatient rehabilitation, including evaluation and management.
Board certification or board eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Valid medical license (or eligibility) in Virginia; ability to obtain licensure in DC and Maryland is an asset.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to work collaboratively in a small practice environment and coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members.
Commitment to evidence‑based practice, continuous learning, and supporting diverse patients and families.
