Job description
Reid Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, provide medically prescribed treatments, and educate to restore and maintain optimal function. The PT also supervises PTAs within the department and collaborates with other health professionals to plan discharge and coordinate care.
Candidates must hold Indiana licensure (OH licensure if assigned to Ohio) and BLS certification. The role requires a commitment to Reid Health values and patient-centered care across multiple locations
